Events are USAT sanctioned

You will need a valid picture ID, receipt of online registration and current USAT Membership Card. Relay Teams: ALL MEMBERS must be present at packet pick-up. If you mailed in you registration and are NOT a USAT member you will need to sign a waiver before packet pick-up. Get the USAT forms at the table fill them out and have them ready for packet pick-up.

Parking:
Parking will be available at the Tuckahoe Inn Restaurant and on the portion of North Shore Rd. next to the Restaurant. Click here to see arial map. However, cars park here must wait until all the cyclists and runners have finished the race in order to leave. You may also park in the neighborhood lateral streets and then walk to transition area. THERE IS NO PARKING ON ROUTE 9 AS YOU WILL BE BLOCKING THE BIKE ROUTE. Click here to see map.If you do so please make sure you do not block any drive ways.

Race Day:
5:30 AM Race packet Pick-up at race site, Handlebar inspection: All handlebar ends must be solidly plugged!

7:20 AM National Anthem,
7:30 AM Duathlon Race starts (rain or shine)
7:30 AM Triathlon Swim - 1st Wave. Male 39 and under
7:33 AM Triathlon Swim - 2nd Wave. Male 40 +
7:36 AM Triathlon Swim - 3rd Wave. All Female
The order and number of waves may change depending on number of athletes on race day.

Note:
Timeline on race day and course are subject to change at the discretion of the event director. It is the responsibility of each athlete TO KNOW THE COURSE, to be on time and attend all race meetings and briefings. There are no refunds or transfers. The race will take place rain or shine. You must also watch for pedestrians, joggers, bikers and strollers as they have the right of way.
