There are no refunds. You will receive a credit or transfer to another Citytri event in the current season or to the following season’s event as follows:

- 60% credit 3 months prior to the race
- 50% credit 2 months prior to the race
- 25% credit 1 month prior to the race

If you are injured and can present medical proof 2 weeks before the event you will receive a credit of 80% to another race.

The processing fee paid at registration and the $12.00 one-day insurance fee for non- USAT members are not included in the amount to be credited.
